SU Qld, a Christian organisation working with young people is seeking a Part Time Administrative Assistant to work in Field Development (HR) in our Brisbane Office. This position supports the work of School Chaplains.
Reporting to the Field Development Manager, this position will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure effective, efficient recruitment, training and performance management processes for SU Qld School Chaplaincy.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Administration and logistics for staff conference/induction events, including: venue arrangements, accommodation, catering, transport, registrations, preparation of conference/induction materials;
• Advertising and updating positions vacant;
• Administrative support for shortlisting processes;
• Scheduling, logistics and documentation distribution for pre-screening interviews and selection interviews;
• Involvement in SU Qld ministry as determined by consultation with the Field Development Manager;
• Administrative support for performance management processes;
• Administrative support for Field Development Manager and Field Development Officers;
• Filing as required.
The successful candidate will need to have:
• Experience with database management;
• Experience with event administration and logistics.
