Reporting to the Vocational Training Manager this position will be responsible for training, assessing and pastorally caring for participants in SU Qld's Diploma in Youth Work course through the duration of their enrolment.
The successful candidate will have:
• Training and Assessment experience
• Certificate IV Training and Assessment or equivalent qualification
• Youth Work/Ministry training and experience
• A strong organisational capacity
• Ability to coach/ mentor and train others one on one and in small group contexts
• Ability to contribute to the planning and delivery of training programs
• Ability to deliver up front presentations to large groups
