(scriptureunion.org.au)SUA is a charitable 'limited by guarantee' not-for-profit organisation comprising more than 900 staff and thousands of volunteers, working with churches and serving in communities in all states and territories across Australia. All SUA staff and volunteers are empowered and equipped to champion a child safe culture and are committed to the highest standards of safety and care in our work with children, young people and families.  About the roleWe are looking for someone with exceptional organisational skills to provide administrative assistance to our North Zone.  Our North Zone covers the areas of Central and Northern Queensland (from Gladstone north), the Northern Territory and the Kimberley region in Western Australia.  This role is based in either Townsville or Darwin.  If based out of Darwin, you will be required to work from our capital city office.  As a Support Administrator, your responsibilities will include:Being the first point of contact for Zone staff including Chaplains, volunteers, supporters, local support committees and boards, schools and churchesSupporting event directors with local ministry events, including systems supportProviding support to local chaplaincy committees and our managers with budget and financial management enquiriesSupporting other activities including training events, induction programs, fundraising events and donations processing.To be successful in this role, you will be highly experienced in providing logistical and administrative support in a large organisation that is geographically dispersed.  Your time management skills and excellent attention to detail will ensure your success in this role.  And, of course, your customer service skills are among the very best!Our ideal candidate will have:Minimum 12 months experience in an administrative roleHigh level systems skills, preferably with a CRM platform and an online recruitment portalStrong attention to detail and an ability to follow tasks through to completionExcellent customer service skills in a professional environmentHigh level of competency in Microsoft Office programs ApplicationsIn order to be considered for this role, please complete your application including the following:Cover Letter – Clearly outlining how you meet the role requirements for our ideal candidate listed above, including your cultural fit within SUA.
