About the roleWe are looking for a part-time (4 days/week) Support Administrator to join our National Support Hub.  Working out of our Mitcham office in Melbourne, the Support Administrator would work closely with our field team in Victoria as well as providing administrative support to our South Zone field team in ACT, Tasmania and South Australia.  As a Support Administrator, your responsibilities will include: Being the first point of contact for Zone staff including Chaplains as well as our volunteers and supporters Being the first point of contact for our key stakeholders such as Churches, School Principals and Business Managers Supporting event directors with local ministry events, including systems support Providing support to our managers with budget and financial management enquiries as well as chaplaincy recruitment support Supporting other activities including training events, induction programs, fundraising events and donations processing.To be successful in this role, you will be highly experienced in providing logistical and administrative support in a large organisation that is geographically dispersed. You will work autonomously with minimal guidance.
